We offer two rooms for private events, depending upon the size and theme of your party.
Small Event Space
Our Small Room accommodates up to 8 people seated, or up to 12 people with a mix of seated and standing. Our minimum spend for this room is $50 for the use of the room for up to 2 hours. Contact us to customize your event.
Large Event Space
Our Large Room accommodates up to 30 people seated, or up to 45 people with a mix of seated and standing. Our minimum spend for this room is $150 for Monday through Thursday, and Friday and Saturday afternoons. Friday and Saturday nights, as well as Sundays, require a $250 minimum*. Contact us to customize your event.
The minimum spend will be incorporated into your wine tasting budget. Depending upon your needs, we can price the tasting per person if your guests are paying individually, or one total amount. The number and price of the bottles will be customized to suit your guests and your budget. We can offer whites, reds, roses, or bubbles — or a mix of all. Our staff will serve each of your guests a 2-3 ounce pour of each wine selected.
Examples of individually-priced tastings:
$15 per person = 4 wine tastings
$20 per person = 5 wine tastings
$25 per person = 6 wine tastings
FULL SERVICE – BOTTLES AND GLASSES
Your party can also elect to have full service glasses or bottles of wine or beer rather than do a tasting. Pricing will be based on your selections and all on-premise fees will apply. The minimum spend and gratuity for the room use remains the same.
We can pair cheese, crackers and charcuterie with your wine offering for a fee. You may also bring your own food, as long as the food is from a licensed caterer or restaurant. All food brought in must be approved in advance by Suburban Bottle. We can recommend fantastic local caterers and restaurants, and would be happy to make the arrangements on your behalf.
TABLE LINENS AND SERVICEWARE
Suburban Bottle will provide set up and clean up of your event. Feel free to bring in your own paper products and decorations, or we can provide table linens and serviceware for a nominal charge.
Our team will work hard to ensure you and your guests have an enjoyable event. We require a minimum 20% gratuity for the use of the Small Room, and a 22% gratuity for the use of the Large Room. The gratuity will be added to your total charge, or to each guest’s total if paying individually.
If you are hosting an off-premise local event, we can provide the wine and beer at retail cost (case discounts apply). We can deliver and set up for your event as well. You will need to provide your own server as our license does not permit us to do so. We can make recommendations for food pairing and caterers if needed.
*We require a $50 deposit to reserve the large event room. This will be applied to your total.
